Jaghatai unifies Chogoris is the event in which Jaghatai Khan united Chogoris, the steppe world also recorded as Mundus Planus. Chogoris is the home world of Jaghatai Khan and of the White Scars Chapter. Chogoris is a steppe world. Nomad tribes ride the Empty Quarter, and the fortress-monastery of Quan Zhou stands among the Khum Karta mountains. The available record does not describe the stages, participants or duration of the unification, and no further detail is asserted here. The world is recorded as the Khan’s steppe home and is associated with the stormseer Targutai Yesugei. Its later history includes the burning of its grasslands after the Great Rift by the Red Corsairs, led by Huron Blackheart, and by Warp-taint. Roboute Guilliman’s Indomitus Crusade subsequently reinforced the Chapter on Chogoris.
