Liberation of Canau

The Liberation of Canau was a campaign fought by the Blood Angels, under their Chapter Master, Dante, to recover the Imperial world of Canau from Ork occupation. The Orks had earlier conquered the world, displacing its Imperial administration. Dante led the Blood Angels in the assault that drove the Orks from Canau. The size of the forces committed on either side is not recorded, nor is the year in which the campaign was fought. The campaign ended in an Imperial victory, with Canau reclaimed for the Imperium. No further details of the fighting or its aftermath have survived in the record.
