Siege of Toros Tertium
The Siege of Toros Tertium was fought in M42 on the fortress world Toros Tertium in the Segmentum Obscurus near the former Cadian Gate. Iron Warriors under Warsmith Kravek Morne besieged the world as part of Perturabo’s Infinite Citadel stratagem. First Captain Darnath Lysander, diverted while en route to Belis Corona, led an Imperial Fists and Black Templars expedition with Castellan Zweiland that prevented the planet’s rapid fall. Morne afterwards left the war zone for Agripinaa, leaving a war of attrition.
