Torhaven Incident

The Torhaven Incident was a campaign of the forty-first millennium against a Genestealer Cult on the Imperial war world Torhaven. No segmentum, sector, system, or coordinates are recorded for the world. The Ordo Xenos dispatched a Deathwatch kill team to Torhaven after receiving reports of cult activity. Unknown to the Inquisition, a fortress on the planet’s surface held a secret cache of Ultramarines gene-seed, which could not be allowed to fall into the hands of the Genestealers. The Chapter therefore sent a strike force under its Master of Sanctity, Ortan Cassius, to join the kill team, and Cassius led his battle-brothers through a series of desperate battles to purge the cult from Torhaven.
