Zombie Plague on Hydra Minoris
The Zombie Plague on Hydra Minoris was an outbreak in the capital hive of that world. Typhus and his Death Guard penetrated the heart of the hive, after which the plague erupted. One account dates this to 757.M40, and another dates it to 757.M41. The Imperium quarantined the planet. Twenty-three billion uninfected citizens were trapped with the undead until the world fell.
