Akum-Sothos

Akum-Sothos is a world of the Akum-Sothos Cluster in the Ultima Segmentum, its exact position uncertain. Brought to compliance by the Luna Wolves early in the Great Crusade, the cluster later rose in a mass psychosis induced by a xenos parasite that matured within its hosts’ eye sockets, ruled over by a gestalt leadership known as the Unsighted Kings. The world was retaken by the Warmaster Horus, leading the Luna Wolves alongside the Space Wolves, Iron Warriors and Raven Guard. The Raven Guard, under Corax, stormed Gate Forty-Two at terrible cost in 000.M31, while Horus’s own Luna Wolves slew the Unsighted Kings.
