Anvil 206

Anvil 206 is a system in the Gothic Sector, known chiefly as a naval address and as the site where Blackstone II was found. Little else is recorded of it, and its reputation rests almost entirely on its place in fleet operations.

Blackstone II was discovered in the system and remained under Imperial control until the Blackstone fortresses destroyed themselves at the end of the war. During the same campaign, the Terminus Est carried out a mission through the system.

The system’s surface class and cities are scarcely attested. Its standing therefore derives from these naval and campaign associations rather than from any documented population centre. No hive sprawl is described, and no planetary destruction comparable to that of Fularis is recorded.
