Attila System

The Attila System is the steppe-world star system in Ultima Segmentum whose horse clans supply the Imperium's Attilan Rough Riders. Attila itself is a single-continent world of ovigor herds and one city, Khanasan; the Guard takes its riders from those clans, scars, unwashed coats and all.

Sister rocks such as Agrippus, Alexandrum, Gylax VI, and Hanibael share the charted well. Jambonium also parks the Ymga Monolith in this system; this overlay does not invent a new parent for that Necron artefact, it just refuses to pretend Attila's famous export is a monolith. The riders are the point.

The Attila System still matters because the Guard still needs cavalry that thinks a tank is optional. Unofficial fan summaries keep the Ultima parent and do not relocate Attila to Chogoris because both have horses.
