Baal Secundus

Baal Secundus, locally Baalfora, is the irradiated moon where Sanguinius fell and where The Blood later took him in. Most of the system's people still live here despite the Red Mist and the rad-deserts. Tyranids drained much of its remaining life during the Devastation of Baal, and Guilliman later diverted ships to rebuild it.
