Belis Corona System

The Belis Corona System is the Obscurus naval-magazine star system of a dead crust under orbital docks, where whole battlefleets rearm and munitions sit in bunkers kilometres down. It sits in the Belis Corona Sub-sector of the Belis Corona Sector, a Cadian Gate neighbour rather than a civilian hive cluster.

Typhus hit this well in the 13th Black Crusade. Sister worlds such as Subiaco Diablo, Belisimar, and Laurentix took plague and evacuation in the same season the Gate came apart. Belis Corona the world is a corpse with excellent docks; the system around it is why Battlefleet Obscurus could still load shells after Cadia broke.

The Belis Corona System still matters as a magazine, not as a capital. Unofficial fan maps keep the belis-corona-subsector parent and do not promote this well into a replacement for Cypra Mundi.
