Belshiir Binary is a Sabbat industrial world Urlock Gaur seized in 771.M41 when Macaroth’s Cabal push left the crusade’s supply flank open.

Blood Pact divisions and loxatl mercenaries rolled the docks and manufactories, including Heliodar. The fall sat beside other coreward raids meant to starve Macaroth’s forward armies.

Tanith fighting later ran through the same Cabal systems. Belshiir Binary stays under its own system pin on that flank chart.
