Macaroth

Macaroth was Warmaster of the Sabbat Worlds Crusade after Slaydo named him successor on Balhaut, the young marshal who then drove the Cabal Salient hard.

He took the Balopolis front when three commanders fell in hours, earned a battlefield Marshal’s baton, and inherited Liberatus and the war when Slaydo died killing Nadzybar. Lords Militant spent a year trying to unseat him; the ranks kept Slaydo’s choice. He pushed Morlond and the Cabal Systems until Urlock Gaur’s Blood Pact cut the flanks.

Macaroth answered critics with one line: strike the head, not the limbs. The salient still bled for it through 773.M41.
