Constanix II

Constanix II was a forge world of the Segmentum Pacificus, notable for cities built as colossal barge-vessels that sailed the upper skies rather than standing upon fixed ground; the central and greatest of these, Atlas, served as its seat of governance. During the Horus Heresy, Magos Delvere allied the world’s forges with the Word Bearers, turning its manufactories to the production of daemon engines. Corax led a Raven Guard raid, supported by the Legio Nivalis, in which Delvere was killed and kill teams left behind; months of aerial war between the barge-cities followed before the world returned to Imperial hands.
