Cytheris Subsector

The Cytheris Sub-sector is the largest sub-sector of the Macharian Sector, containing Persepolis, Macharia, and the Donia Magna well. It takes its name from a daughter of Sejanus who was slain in the Macharian Heresy.

Macharia, the shrine world of Lord Solar Macharius, lies within the sub-sector. Warp storms affect the region less than they affect the remainder of the sector. Its charted worlds include hive, forge, knight, and feral worlds, listed from Illisear to Voll.

The Cytheris Sub-sector remains the civilised core left from the Macharian Crusade. It is catalogued under its parent, the Macharian Sector. The world of Macharia within it should not be confused with the Cadian hive of the same name.
