Deimos

Deimos began as Mars's outer moon and later became a forge world for the Ordo Malleus. Hidden engines shifted it into orbit over Titan so it could arm the Grey Knights without sharing Chapter secrets with Mars. Knight houses and Skitarii still garrison the moon, and memory-wiped servitors handle most of the transfer.
