Dolumar IV

Dolumar IV is an Imperial colony world in Ultima Segmentum and the setting of the Fire Warrior campaign, which ended in an order of Exterminatus. Its governor, Meyloch Severus, sold the colony to the daemon Tarkh’ax. The entry here refers to that T’au and Chaos episode and is a low-confidence identification, not a T’au sept world.

Severus abducted the Ethereal Ko’vash in order to provoke a war. The bloodshed was sufficient to break a millennia-old prison, and the Enduring Blade became the scene of mass killing. Kais, Battlefleet Ultima Primus and a T’au recovery force ended the plot. The Imperial Navy then judged the planet beyond retention and issued Exterminatus.

Dolumar IV remains significant as the setting of Fire Warrior. Unofficial summaries place it under Ultima Segmentum and distinguish it from the T’au sept worlds and from the treaty worlds of the Damocles Gulf.
