Gethsemane System

The Gethsemane System is a Gothic Sector hive well and the namesake of its sub-sector. In 151.M41 Lord Admiral Ravensburg forced a major Chaos fleet to battle here.

He nearly died in a baited crossfire, then watched An-Iolsus Corsairs finish the traitors when they tried to run. The win did not end the Gothic War, but it broke Abaddon's naval offensive in the sector.

The Gethsemane System still matters as the first real Imperial void win of that crusade. Unofficial summaries keep the sub-sector parent.
