Gildar Primus

Gildar Primus is the innermost numbered world of the Gildar System, which the Silver Skulls patrol. It is the first entry on the system’s chart and should not be confused with Arrun’s battlefield.

Eight worlds orbit within the same debris-strewn region near Varsavia. Most were uninhabited. Secundus was the scene of a ground fight on settled terrain, and Quintus was affected by a Corsair poisoning of its hydroponics. After Executor-class grand cruisers were destroyed in the void, survivors scattered onto inhabited worlds. The Silver Skulls pursued them for several weeks, until the Rift was judged clear.

The Chapter regarded the Gildar System as its own territory and required Imperial ships that crossed it to accept an escort. Primus remained the innermost of eight largely empty worlds whose charts indicated substantial resources. It was not the site of a named surface war.
