Gildar Quartus

Gildar Quartus is a Rift world patrolled by the Silver Skulls and the fourth numbered planet of the Gildar System. It is distinct from Gildar Secundus, the site of the system’s ground battle, and from Gildar Quintus, the poisoned agri-world.

The Gildar System comprises eight worlds that share the same wreckage-choked space. After the void engagement, corsairs took refuge on inhabited worlds within the system, and the Silver Skulls declared the Rift clear within weeks. In the system’s numbering, Quartus lies between Tertius and Quintus. The course of the war is set out in the entries for the Gildar System and Gildar Quintus; this entry records the fourth world.

Gildar Quartus remains a named world of the Rift. Unofficial summaries treat it as part of its parent Gildar System and do not attribute to it the ground fighting on Secundus or the hydroponic production of Quintus.
