Kaurava I is the Lithesh Sector system's urban capital, Kaurav City and all, left for centuries under a neglected PDF until a warp storm on the outer worlds invited everyone in. Governor-General Vance Stubbs' Imperial Guard tried to hold the precincts while Sisters of Battle planted their own stronghold in the Sama District. This is the Guard seat of the Soulstorm war, not the Ork jungle or the tomb wastes. Blood Ravens under Indrick Boreale failed the system elsewhere and should not be copy-pasted as the rulers of this hive-capital.
