Lucius System

The Lucius System is a Mechanicus star system in the Cyclops Cluster of the Gothic Sector, known as the Hollow Forge. Its principal world is the forge-world Lucius (catalogued as lucius-1317), which has an artificial sun in its core. The system is distinct from Lucius the Eternal, a figure of the Emperor’s Children, and from the Lucius of the Sabbat Worlds, which is placed on the Pacificus/Tempestus belt.

The Legio Astorum, known as the Warp Runners, is recorded as based in the system. Local production includes Luciun-alloy warplate. During the incursion of Hive Fleet Leviathan, the system’s defence relied on recycled robots, a measure credited with starving the fleet. For the purposes of this catalogue, the system is listed beneath the Gothic Sector.

The Lucius System remains notable as a forge-world system of the Gothic Sector’s Cyclops Cluster. It is a location entry and should not be merged with the Emperor’s Children swordsman of similar name.
