Macharian Sector

The Macharian Sector is a Segmentum Pacificus sector named for Lord Solar Macharius and survives as the administrative remnant of the Macharian Crusade. It persists after the Heresy that overtook the conquests of Macharius.

Cytheris holds Macharia and the sector capital, Persepolis. Andosk, Drimor, Gallosque and Yix appear on the sector chart alongside Titanslair and Veritas Maximal. The line of Sejanus continues to attempt to govern the territories that Macharius, styled a saint, brought under the Imperium.

The sector’s standing rests chiefly on its role as the surviving administrative record of the Crusade, a settlement that was never fully resolved. Unofficial maps retain Segmentum Pacificus as its parent and place Macharia within the Donia Magna system, rather than treating it as a Cadian hive.
