Metalica System

The Metalica System is a forge well in the Obolis Sub-sector of the Charadon sector, whose principal world stripped its own biosphere. That world is nonetheless described as a metal planet. It differs from Mars in applying almost no red paint, and it supplies shells to about half of the nearby war-fronts.

The Heretic Astartes Typhus left a machine-phage in the system, known as the Nemesis Wurm, which recurs every seven cycles. Three sites share the charted well: Ferrovigilum, Ohmex Magnifica and Solari Anchorage. Orks and Necrons have also figured in the system’s history.

The Metalica System remains Charadon’s principal source of steel. Unofficial maps continue to place it under the Obolis Sub-sector as its parent.
