Necromunda System

The Necromunda System is a Segmentum Solar star system whose principal world, Necromunda, is a hive world of industry and underhive conflict.

House Helmawr rules from Hive Primus while rival houses contest the spires, underhive, and wastes. Moons such as Juggerata and associated bodies share the same ash-choked star; the Imperial Fists continue to recruit from the system. The planet’s older name, Araneus, belongs to a pre-Imperial continuity ended during the Great Crusade.

The system remains one of the setting’s principal references for hive-world society and gang warfare within Segmentum Solar.
