Nemesis Tessera

Nemesis Tessera is a wasteland with an Inquisition dungeon-fortress buried under it, close enough to the Eye to matter. Black Legion cracked it in the 2nd Black Crusade and freed caged daemons; in the 13th, a fallen inquisitor opened a rift and Space Wolves had to bail the surviving conclave out. Sector labels bounce between Nemesis and Belis Corona; the planet is the fortress.
