Octarius Sigma is a zero-confidence Ghost Stars leftover pin, not Octarius the Overfiend's mountain capital already researched in the Octarius Sector. This existing row is the extra Sigma some maps drop far from Gargates.

Kryptman steered Hive Fleet Leviathan into the real empire; the Swarmlord later isolated and killed the Overfiend. This Sigma pin has no mega-continent, no shanty capital, and a Ghost Stars parent that is not Ultima's Octarius Sector. Epsion Octarius is a different Solar swamp world; Epsilon Octarius is the sector spelling leftover.

Octarius Sigma still matters as a leftover name, not a second Overfiend throne. Unofficial summaries keep the Ghost Stars parent, refuse to steal the Octarius War, and do not re-parent this row into octarius-sector.
