Ogrys

Ogrys is the home world of the Invaders Space Marine Chapter, in the Ogrys System of Ultima Segmentum. It was reduced to ruins in late M41 by Craftworld Alaitoc in retaliation for the Invaders’ assault on Idharae. After the opening of the Great Rift, while the Imperium was rebuilding it for the Chapter, the Red Corsairs raided the system and carried off a Laskar-class star fort before an Ultramarines relief force drove them away. The raid was a scheme of Huron Blackheart’s to curb his ambitious lieutenant Verngar.
