Onscard

Onscard is a planet of the Sabbat Worlds that fell to Lord Militant Dravere in 755.M41 as one of four opening strikes of Operation Redrake. It was taken swiftly, within the first phase of that multi-headed Crusade offensive.

Lord Militant Slaydo selected Formal Prime, Onscard, Long Halent and Indrid as the opening objectives so that Chaos forces could not concentrate on a single gate. Dravere’s wing broke Onscard while the White Scars were still completing the capture of Formal Prime. At Indrid, Cybon’s bombardment continued into 756.

On the Newfound Trailing map, Onscard lies beside Long Halent, under the dual Pacificus/Tempestus parent. Operation Redrake’s element of surprise depended on Onscard being taken early, and Dravere’s wing achieved this.
