Praetoria System

The Praetoria System is a Segmentum Tempestus hive well near the naval yards at Bakka, rich for its rulers and a rationed hell for everyone else. Hive-gangers are beaten into Praetorian Guard by parade-ground drill.

The regiments still dress ranks under fire, which is why the Munitorum keeps asking Bakka's neighbour for more of them. This is a Guard recruiting hive, not a sister of Ophelia's cardinal worlds.

The Praetoria System still matters as a Tempestus manpower well that exports parade-ground cruelty. Unofficial summaries keep the Tempestus parent and do not relocate the pin to Segmentum Solar.
