Ryza System

The Ryza System is a plasma-forge centre in the Aurus Sub-sector, ranked second only to Mars at the end of the Crusade. It is noted for the Executioner and Stormblade patterns. Ryza itself treats every battle as an opportunity to test weapons.

The Heresy exacted a cost from the system’s priesthood for that pride. Two Ork Waaaghs (mass Ork offensives) and a daemon invasion have since ravaged its dunes. Some older armour reference works place the system in Segmentum Solar; this map instead records it under Ultima and Aurus, just east of Terra.

The Ryza System remains the Imperium’s principal plasma foundry. Unofficial summaries retain its Aurus parent designation and do not relocate the forge to the vicinity of Mars.
