Sagan V

Sagan V is an outpost world with indigenous feral inhabitants in the Sagan System of the Maelstrom Zone. It lies within the logistical well of the Badab War, alongside Sagan III, the world that carried the tithe of the Administratum, the Imperial bureaucracy.

Imperial Armour describes Sagan V as an outpost populated by indigenous ferals, while the principal fighting took place on Sagan III. The logistical well became the Imperium’s point of entry into the Maelstrom Zone after the Astral Claws’ virus strike failed to deny it. Sagan V is characterised as a watch station rather than a hive or storage site.

Sagan V remains notable as the named outpost world of its system. The Orrery map lists it under sagan-system, keeps it separate from the tithe entry for Sagan III, and does not conflate it with Luminal (Sagan VIII).
