Sanguis System

The Sanguis System is a Nachmund system in the Gorandahl Sub-sector; its principal world is Sangua Terra. It is classed as a hive well. Sangua Terra helps hold the Gauntlet open by means of blackstone, as Vigilus does. The moon Sigil lies within the charted well.

The Great Rift scarred the equator of Sangua Terra, producing the Flare Scar. Haarken Worldclaimer subsequently took the capital, Urbanosprawl Alpha. Canoness Junith Eruita continues to defend what remains of the Sanctus Wall keystone.

The Sanguis System remains significant as a point of passage in Nachmund separate from Vigilus. Unofficial summaries place it under its Gorandahl Sub-sector parent and do not merge its entry with that of the Vigilus System.
