Serenade

Serenade is an artificial world on the Eastern Fringe, known to the Necrons as Cephris and to the Aeldari as Cepharil. Its outer shell conceals a core of noctilith. It served as a tomb world of the Ammunos Dynasty and, in Necron tradition, as the resting place of their last phaeron, Nephreth.

The world passed through successive occupations as an Exodite maiden world, an Imperial colony and, after Exterminatus following a Genestealer uprising, a dead world. For nearly ten thousand years from about M31, Trazyn the Infinite and Orikan the Diviner contested access to Nephreth’s tomb there.
