Sinophia System

The Sinophia System is a Calixis Periphery system that was formerly the personal fief of Rogue Trader Teresa Sinos and an Angevin staging world. It is now characterised chiefly by demographic and administrative decline.

Its hives are emptying, and the Imperial tithe, the levy of resources and personnel owed by each world, has been placed under special measures. Smugglers use the Calixis–Scarus conduit, and are judged to do so more honestly than the Quorum. Hive Argopolis is already a ruin. The system is neither a pleasure world nor a second Scintilla.

The Sinophia System remains significant as a Calixis frontier in decline, its administrative records still in force while its population diminishes. Unofficial fan notes on this site retain its Calixis parent designation and do not relabel its map pin as a hive capital.
