Teghar Pentaurus

Teghar Pentaurus is a world of the Imperium associated with the early Great Crusade service of Sanguinius and the IX Legion. Shortly after assuming command of the Legion then called the Revenant Legion, Sanguinius led his sons there against abhuman hordes, swore his oath to the Legion on its soil, and took the pelt of a carnodon as a war-cloak. The world’s later administrative fate is thinly attested; it is remembered principally as the theatre of the Angel’s first campaign with his own Legion.
