Tsadrekha

Tsadrekha is an Imperial hive world; no segmentum, system, or coordinates are recorded for it. After the opening of the Great Rift it was cut off and called for aid through a psyker acting as a beacon.

Tsadrekha was devastated by Chaos warbands during the fighting that followed, and Khârn killed Saint Celestine there in a duel. No narrower year is recorded for the battle.
