Tyrant’s Gate
Tyrant’s Gate is a Red Corsairs base in Imperium Nihilus, a world of vice-cities that Huron Blackheart ringed with orbital docks. Despite its name, it is not a loyalist fortress-gate but a stronghold of the Corsairs’ own making.
Its dense, towering cities trade in the heresies that the Maelstrom taught the Corsairs. Dozens of docks, weapon shops and defensive batteries encircle the world like a crown. A sorcerous installation, the Warp Anchorage, allows even the largest vessels to translate in and out of the warp on Blackheart’s timetable. Tyrant’s Gate is a new seat of power and not New Badab under another name.
The world serves as Huron Blackheart’s harbour in Imperium Nihilus. Published notes do not settle whether it lies in Segmentum Obscurus or Segmentum Ultima, and unofficial summaries therefore retain Ultima as its parent. They also decline to merge its map pin with Badab Primaris or New Badab, and they do not assign a different Segmentum where the published sources have not done so.
