Utochre

Utochre is the eighth moon of Cyto, within the Helican Subsector of the Scarus Sector. A frozen satellite with a deep ocean beneath thick cloud and ice, it supports mining of rich ores and a secondary lapidary trade that has drawn wealthy patrons from across Scarus since the thirty-ninth millennium.

Beneath its inhabited halls, Utochre concealed a submerged structure known as the Wych House, a mobile installation on the undersea ice whose door was a portal used to resolve difficult decisions by showing other times and places. In 404.M41 the rogue Inquisitor Gideon Ravenor came to the Wych House in pursuit of Zygmunt Molotch; the confrontation wrecked the House, which fell into the deep ocean. No galactic coordinates for the moon are firmly recorded beyond its place in the Helican Subsector.
