Vostroya System

The Vostroya System is an industrial star system in Segmentum Pacificus, associated with the Vostroyan Firstborn of the Imperial Guard. It functions as a manufactory well, a concentration of industrial production, although its air is poisonous and its food is imported. The system’s Techtriarchs continue to present a debt dating from the Crusade era in red and gold.

The system’s world declined to raise regiments during the Crusade era and subsequently met the resulting obligation by sending every firstborn into the Imperial Guard. The moon Turtolsky shares the manufactory well with the principal world. Some older lex entries place Vostroya beyond the Eye; this map retains its Pacificus parent.

The Vostroya System remains notable because Firstborn recruitment constitutes a charge borne at the scale of the whole system rather than a matter of regimental costume. Unofficial fan summaries likewise keep the Pacificus parent and do not relocate the system to the rim of the Eye.
