Beldame Sadia was the Darknight antagonist Eisenhorn hunted through the Saint Kiodrus catacombs on Lethe XI.
She worked the hive’s sacred dark when the lights failed and turned pilgrimage architecture into a killing ground. Eisenhorn’s home-hive case put him under the catacombs with a heretic who understood how Lethe prayed.
Darknight ended with Sadia broken in those tunnels. Lethe XI still lists her as the named horror under Saint Kiodrus, not a generic cult rumour.
