Battle of Icaria
The Battle of Icaria was an engagement fought on the world of Icaria, later destroyed, between Commissar Sebastian Yarrick and Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka. Icaria had no recorded segmentum, system, or coordinates. In the Era Indomitus, in a year not more narrowly recorded, and before the Fourth War for Armageddon of M42, Ghazghkull used the world as a base and built there a prototype device called the Mega-Tellyshokka, which Imperial auguries could not explain; the world was already buckling at the time. Yarrick, with the Black Templars, had been hunting Ghazghkull from sector to sector, and led a flotilla from the Space Wolves strike cruiser Ice Troll to land a force at the warboss’s position. He wounded Ghazghkull, who lifted him in a power klaw and headbutted him unconscious, withdrawing rather than killing him. A Wolf Priest removed Yarrick from the world as it broke apart, and he survived.
