Icaria

Icaria was a world with no recorded segmentum, system, or coordinates, destroyed in the Era Indomitus. This occurred in a year not more narrowly recorded, before the Fourth War for Armageddon of M42; Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka used the world as a base for a prototype device called the Mega-Tellyshokka.

Commissar Sebastian Yarrick landed on the world from the Space Wolves strike cruiser Ice Troll; Ghazghkull beat him unconscious, and Yarrick was removed from the world as it died. He survived.
