Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka is the Prophet of the Waaagh, an ork warlord who heard Gork and Mork after a bolter round to the skull and decided the galaxy was a single fight he had not finished. Grotsnik rebuilt the head. Makari holds the banner. The rest is invasion.

He twice made Armageddon a world war, escaped Helbrecht and Yarrick, and has since gathered a Waaagh large enough to make the Beast a comparison rather than a myth. Ullanor is in his legend. Armageddon is in his calendar.

Yarrick is the human he respects. That is not mercy. It is a promise to come back and do it properly. Makari dies and comes back. The Prophet does not need to. The Waaagh is the immortality.
