Battle of Perditus

The Battle of Perditus was fought at about 009.M31. The Battle of Perditus article places the fighting on a planet it calls Perditus, where the Dark Angels secured the engine Tuchulcha and Lion El’Jonson ordered the planet destroyed; the Perditus System article instead names Perditus Ultima, a Mechanicum research station, and Perditus Secundus, without stating which was the planet destroyed. No coordinates or segmentum are recorded. On the ground, Calas Typhon commanded the Death Guard against Iron Father Lasko Midoa’s Iron Hands for 38 days before the Dark Angels were sighted. The Lion landed, parleyed with Typhon and Midoa, and sent Typhon back to the Terminus Est. Typhon then warped into Tuchulcha’s chamber, killed adepts and skitarii, and was teleported back to the Terminus Est by Tuchulcha, having failed to seize the engine. A separate action, the Battle of Umbral-51, was commanded by Centurion Kadus Brekkar of the Death Guard, who was killed in a duel by Knight-Preceptor Vendrahel; this is not attributed to Typhon.
