Molotch Enuncia excavation

The Molotch Enuncia excavation was Zygmunt Molotch’s dig on Zenta Malhyde, which gave rise to the Ravenor hunt, a pursuit never fully concluded. The excavation treated language as an instrument that could be directed against a culture. The influence of Lilean Chase and the methods of the Cognitae were both present at the site. In the course of the hunt that followed, Ravenor learned how costly an engagement with such linguistic material could prove. The site did not remain a quiet excavation. It became the foundation of a prolonged pursuit that occupied the whole of Ravenor’s career, and it remains the point from which the hunt is traced.
