Spear of Espandor
The Spear of Espandor was a counter-attack launched by Roboute Guilliman in M42, during the Plague Wars, on Espandor in Ultramar. It halted the Death Guard advance there. Guilliman killed Qaramar, a Great Unclean One (a greater daemon of Nurgle), with the Emperor’s Sword, and destroyed the last Plague Engine in the system. This cut the Death Guard off from the Scourge Stars, their source of reinforcements.
