The Black Templars are a Second Founding successor Chapter of the Imperial Fists, founded by Sigismund. They are the largest Space Marine Chapter, organised as a crusading fleet rather than adhering to the Codex Astartes. The Black Templars are zealous warriors on an eternal crusade against the enemies of the Emperor, with no permanent homeworld.
