The Iron Snakes are a successor Chapter of the Ultramarines, based on the oceanic world of Ithaka in the Reef Stars. They maintain their own unique organization and traditions, deploying in squad-sized units rather than full companies. The Chapter is known for their independence and their close ties to the worlds they protect.
