Beta Anphelion IV

Beta Anphelion IV is the fourth moon of the gas giant Beta Anphelion, in the Anphelion System of Segmentum Tempestus. It was the site of the Anphelion Project, a classified Ordo Xenos research station established to study captured Tyranid organisms in the hope of finding a weakness against the hive fleets. In 850.M41 contact with the station was lost; an investigative force under Inquisitor Solomon Lok, with Red Scorpions under Commander Carab Culln, found the moon overrun. After the Red Scorpions’ evacuation the moon was subjected to Exterminatus. Its surface is no longer inhabited.
