Fornax Aleph is a Sabbat hive world whose people vanished before the Guard landed, then swallowed General Elbeth’s whole occupying force without a trace.

Elbeth’s scout frigate Ziegler found dead hives and zero vox on day 303 of 757.M41. His garrison heard screams with no source until every transmission cut on New Year 758. Iron Snakes fought the daemon tide after a polar meteor opened the north and held the world for the delayed fleet.
